“Communication with Robert was great, he made me aware they were running behind schedule. We agreed on a new time and a member of his team arrived on time to start the job. Our existing gas cooker was disconnected and new one was fitted efficiently without any time wasting. Check for gas leaks etc was also completed, so overall great experience and very professional. Would definitely recommend!”

They were there within 30 minutes to stop the leak, returning to our home at around 8am to complete the repair. Several plumbers had previously tried to identify the issue but were unable to find the cause. Thankfully, he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and successfully rectify it. His professionalism was second to none throughout. He was polite, kind, and courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
