We've been treated badly in the past and we're very wary about going with a new tradesperson; however, our boiler stopped working one weekend and we needed it fixing. Robert was extremely responsive and transparent with regards to costs and timings. Sadly, our boiler (10 years old) had multiple faults. Sam attended and laid out a plan of action. The following Monday, we had a full service where several parts were replaced. However, the boiler proved to be a bit of an enigma! Nonetheless, Sam returned with no fuss or added costs. His tenacity, explanations and attention to detail was excellent. And we got there! In the nicest possible way, I hope not to see Sam for at least a year! Although, he and Robert did make a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

Communication with Robert was great, he made me aware they were running behind schedule. We agreed on a new time and a member of his team arrived on time to start the job. Our existing gas cooker was disconnected and new one was fitted efficiently without any time wasting. Check for gas leaks etc was also completed, so overall great experience and very professional. Would definitely recommend!

I had quotations from different sources, but his quotation was fair, transparent and avoidable. The time taken to replace my old boiler with a new one was shorter than I had expected, and the quality of the job was good. They were there within 30 minutes to stop the leak, returning to our home at around 8am to complete the repair. I can't thank this team enough. I accidentally drilled through a water pipe and was in a total panic, but they arrived just a few hours after my call. The technician was a lifesaver—he fixed the leak quickly and professionally. Beyond the repair, he was incredibly helpful, taking the time to give me some great advice on general maintenance.
